Blissful moments - Privacy Policy
A certain amount of personal data is collected by Blissful Moments at the time of booking. This is for the purpose of contacting you with information regarding your booking.
All information gathered by Blissful Moments, whether on paper or through the online booking process, is confidential and will not be shared with any third party. Information submitted through the website is transferred digitally and stored securely by Blissful Moments This information is only viewed by Blissful Moments
Please share this privacy notice with anyone whose information you have provided. For example, emergency contact details, details of a friend or relative collecting your child from a class, or information for someone on whose behalf you are booking.
If the booking form is in paper format, it will be securely stored by Blissful Moments for the duration required by the insurance company (currently 7 years after the last class attended).

You will be asked to sign a disclaimer when booking either online or on paper. By doing so, you agree to your email and phone number being used by Blissful Moments to inform you of class changes or relevant information directly related to the service you booked.
You may decline to share your email or phone number with Blissful Moments though this may limit the services we can provide.
If you do not wish to provide your email and therefore cannot book online, you may contact us at Blissful Moments to make alternative arrangements for booking.
Blissful Moments Childrens Yoga Mailing List
Direct marketing emails, such as notifications of new, upcoming, or alternative services provided by Blissful Moments Childrens Yoga, are sent through a secure, permission-based email system called blissfulmomentsm@yahoo.com. When you purchase a service or product from Blissful Moments Childrens Yoga, you will be invited via email to join our mailing list.
